Rather than aging alcoholic beverages in barrels, alcoholic fermentation of fruit juice in barrels produces a softer aroma. The color is pale orange, the aroma is more like his rosé, and the taste is a very delicate white. Aromas of apple and young pineapple. The scent is drier than he imagined. The sweet fruit aroma of Berry A and the deep nutty aroma obtained through barrel fermentation create a perfect harmony.
