A red wine made from 100% Yamabudo, an indigenous Japanese grape variety (produced in Hirono Town, Iwate Prefecture and Yoichi Town, Hokkaido). It is characterized by rich acidity, wildness, and tannins unique to the wild grape, as well as a hint of sweetness from the aging process in the bottle. The taste is pure mountain grape wine with no use of improved varieties or blending.
