The blend consists of 60% Syrah and 20% Pinot Noir from our Nishino vineyard, along with 20% Pinot Noir from our Kawakubo vineyard, aged for 8 months in oak barrels. It offers rich fruit flavors with a complex and full bodied profile. “Caprise” means “whim,” reflecting our cellar master’s unique and ever changing blend of red wine varieties each year, crafted from our estate grown grapes.
