The premium rosé is crafted primarily from highly ripened Merlot grapes from Takahata, blended with Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate vineyard. Fermented in oak barrels, it offers a luxurious and concentrated fruit character unique to premium red grapes. Enjoy the rich aromas of ripe grape nectar, seamlessly integrated with toasty notes from barrel fermentation. After red winemaking, the juice is extracted the next day using the saignée method, clarified for a day, and then barrel fermented to create this authentic dry rosé.
