This wine was created by teaming up with a contract farmer with the desire to produce a wine of Western varieties in Akeno Town, which has long hours of sunshine. It has a thick flavor blended with those fermented and aged in large and small oak barrels. It goes well with poached white fish, sautéed chicken and pork, and one-pot dishes.
