Fermentation is managed while respecting the characteristics of the variety, and the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks during the winter to preserve the delicate flavor. Green: A refreshing and rounded scent like apple and honey. A dignified Chardonnay from a snowy country with a fruity mouthfeel, acidity and gentle astringency that tightens the flavor.
