MATT Signature Course

This month marks our third month since opening in Kyoto. To celebrate, we are introducing the MATT Signature Course—an evolution of our most-loved dishes, crafted to pair with Kyoto’s seasons and atmosphere.

Alongside our signature lineup, the course includes a chef’s daily special and an exclusive four-glass pairing of premium Japanese wines that are rarely offered by the glass. Each pairing is selected to highlight regional character from across Japan.
