In 2004, the birth year of Yuka, granddaughter of the third-generation owner, Hidei Imura, was marked by favorable weather with little rain and abundant sunshine, resulting in one of the finest vintages in the past decade and the creation of a special cuvée.
This wine showcases a garnet hue with brick-like edges, reflecting its age. Aromas of plum and blueberry jam are complemented by hints of aged black tea. On the palate, it offers a pleasant balance of soft acidity, smooth tannins, and warm, ripe fruit flavors.
