Gentle fruity aromas of green apple, lime, pear, and blossoming pear dominate, intermixed with crisp herbal notes of fennel and anise. The wine has a firm fruitiness with a saline finish, gentle and pure acidity, and a lively, pleasant freshness. The wine has a refreshing coolness without feeling the thickness of the body (13° Alc) due to the alcohol, and the slight bitterness that accompanies the fruitiness gives it a full-bodied flavor.
