Starting this month, we are proud to introduce the Ultra Kobe Beef Steak—crafted using only the most exclusive A5-grade Wagyu, sourced directly from top Kobe beef producers. This extraordinary dish is prepared with MATT’s signature technique and flair, offering a luxurious taste of one of the world’s finest ingredients.
Additionally, guests can now upgrade the main course in our Signature Course to the Ultra Kobe Beef Steak for an additional ¥10,000. It’s the perfect way to elevate your dining experience and create a truly memorable evening.
