Vinified from grapes grown in our own plots 700m above sea level in Akeno-cho, Hokuto City and aged in barrels for 6 months. The wine has aromas of black cherries, vanilla and mint, and a good amount of tannin. The wine has a good balance between moderate acidity and soft tannins, with a rich fruitiness and a deep, solid core.
