A slightly blackish garnet color that indicates the ripeness of the fruit. The gradation of dark cherry-like muted colors is very beautiful, and the faint brick color on the rim of the glass suggests an elegant sense of ripeness. The fruit flavor, reminiscent of black cherries and black rouberries, fills your mouth. It has just the right amount of barrel nuance, and the smoky taste of roasted nuts gives it a nice depth of flavor. The acidity and tannins are mild, and the aftertaste shows a lingering sweetness like the honey of apples.
